Uta, the most beloved singer in the world whose voice has been described as "otherworldly", is renowned for concealing her own identity when performing. Now, for the first time ever, she will reveal herself to the world at a live concert.

Its world premiere was in Nippon Budokan, Tokyo on July 22, 2022, for the celebration of 25th anniversary of One Piece manga and released theatrically on August 6, 2022, in Japan.

Synopsis. The story is set on the "Island of Music" Elegia, where Uta, the world's greatest diva, holds her first ever live concert and reveals herself to the public. The Straw Hats, pirates, Marines and fans from across the world gather to enjoy Uta's voice, which has been described as "otherworldly".

Most fans will watch the subbed version, but there's an interesting type of merit to watching the English dub this time around. The way the English dub has been released in America recently lines up surprisingly well with the movie's American release.

Uta is revealed to be the daughter of the legendary Emperor Red-Haired Shanks, though she was partially raised by Gordon once she started staying on Elegia.

Uta is a canon character in One Piece. However, the events of One Piece Film: Red are non-canon. Going with the implication that Uta died in the movie, you could say that Uta's death was non-canon since her existence is canon.

Uta ate the Uta Uta no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to transport people's consciousnesses to a virtual space called "Uta World" by singing. Within Uta World, she is essentially all-powerful and able to do whatever she wants until she runs out of energy.

In One Piece Film: Red, Uta took Luffy's straw hat after he was caught by her Uta Uta no Mi ability. In Uta World, she tried to use it to convince him to stop being Pirate King and to stay with her in Uta World and when she failed to do so, she ripped it in front of his eyes and turned it into a music note.

One Piece Film Red hit theaters in Japan in 2022 and around the world in early 2023, with Crunchyroll releasing the film in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Violence: 5/10- This movie includes fantasy violence. Characters are shot, bloody wounds, epic battles with weapons, Bodies are sent flying and crashing into walls. S3x, Nudity: 2/10- Female characters wear revealing outfits.

The main reason why Shanks decided to leave Uta in Gordon's hands was to spare her the guilt of knowing what her singing ability had led to. He went as far as to take the blame for the massacre himself, knowing it would stain his reputation not only with the world but also with Uta.

As with most episodes of the anime post-2003 or so, there's no English dub, but the voice acting for the heroes and previous villains of the series is up to the show's standard. (And there is an excuse for the boss reunion in the storyline.)

The BBC is the only place in the UK that audiences can watch dubbed versions of One Piece, and fans will be able to enjoy all the sagas from East Blue through to Land of Wano.
